Appointments

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

Routine appointments are available to book on the day and we also offer some appointments out of hours on the following days:

Tuesday evening - 6:30pm - 8pm

Wednesday morning - 7:00am - 8:00am

Thursday morning - 7:00am - 8:00am

Thursday evening 6:30pm - 7:30pm

When booking a routine follow up appointment, we ask that wherever possible you try to see the same doctor to ensure continuity of care.

There is a limited amount of routine appointments that we can offer each day, so you may be asked to try again another day once they have been booked.

You can make an appointment by telephone but please bear in mind that the telephone lines can be extremely busy during the early part of the morning.

You can also register to book a routine doctors appointment on line. Please call into reception with proof of identity:drivers licence, passport, utility bill etc. Once you have done this, the receptionist will be able to issue your unique password and instructions of how to book an appointment online.

**THE ONLINE BOOKING HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED**

URGENT APPOINTMENTS

If you feel that your medical problem is urgent, you will be offered the first available appointment with a clinician. Due to time constraints you will be seen for that problem only.

The receptionists will always do their best to accommodate you at a time that is suitable, but if your need is genuinely urgent they can only offer you the next available slot and we would expect that getting medical attention will be your priority rather than finding an appointment that fits around work, school or other engagements.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. A text reminder service is available, please inform reception if you do not wish to be included.
