Regular repeat prescriptionsare computerised. Each prescription has a tear-off slip which enables the next prescription to be ordered - this can be posted or given to reception. If you do not have your repeat slip, there is a form for you to fill in available from reception For reasons of safety, we cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone. Repeat prescriptions can also be obtained by filling in the electronic form by clicking here . If it is more convenient, we are happy to post your prescriptions as long as a stamped addressed envelope is provided. Please anticipate your needs and allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription, and extra time if your prescription is sent to a local pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions for oral contraception cannot be obtained this way but only be seeing a practice nurse or doctor. Repeat prescriptions are destroyed if not collected within two weeks.
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PRESCRIPTIONS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL,SO PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 7 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT ISSUE MORE THAN 28 DAYS SUPPLY REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU WOULD NORMALLY GET PRESCRIBED. THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NATIONAL GUIDANCE DURING THIS PANDEMIC.
